Orders, Tracking & Returns

Select your product, click Add to Cart, proceed to Checkout, fill shipping details, choose payment method, and confirm your order. You will receive an order confirmation after successful placement.

Go to My Orders and open the order details to see live status updates. If a tracking number is available, it will be shown there once your order is shipped.

Return eligibility depends on the product. Items marked as No Return cannot be returned. For returnable products, request within the allowed return window and keep product in original condition with tags and packaging.

Payments, Shipping & Support

We currently support Cash on Delivery (COD) and secure online payment via Razorpay, including cards, UPI, net banking, and supported wallets.

Shipping is free on qualifying higher-value orders. For smaller orders, a standard shipping fee may apply at checkout based on your cart total and delivery location.
